I've found the error.

At the moment, the function "Disable input field for e-mail address" AND the function "Disable checkbox for info e-mail for guest when commenting on his entry" may NOT be used if the quote function is to work.

I don't know what's wrong yet, but once you find the fault, it should be easy to fix it.
